can magnesium sulphate (epsom salts) lead to redistribution of heavy metals?

Hello,

I am curious about 1 thing. I remeber that in the end of november 2009, whilst

being on a lot of supplement to deal with asperger syndrome symptoms, i tried to

prepare for a liver cleanse, taking small amounts of magnesium sulphate, in

amounts recommended by s Morritz. 1 small dose of it was enough to make me

pretty much sicker than i already was. I suspected that the epsom salts i bought

were contaminated with mercury (which as i read theoretically is possible).

(i may add that my hair test indicated deranged mineral transport, yet back then

i didn't yet know to interpet it).

Yet now i had a thought if it wasnt the sulphur that caused redistribution of

metals. Is that more probable?

Regards,

Christoph B.

Well first part is that Andy says anyone who is mercury toxic should not do a

liver cleanse. It's very hard on that persons already slow taxed liver and

usually makes a mercury toxic person feel sicker.

With that aside.

Magnesium sulfate will not move metals. It will be good for someone who has low

sulfation and bad for someone who does not. I'd look at Amalgam Illness, section

on liver function, phase 1 and 2 and sulfation. It's very probable that raising

your sulfur levels is bad for you. It helps some, and not others.

Meeting rules on a hair test means you have mercury poisoning...but you knew

that.

We've used epsom salt for years, Andy recommends epsom salt. This is not usually

a problem. Regardless of any concerns on the internet over epsom salt

contamination and metals.

It stands likely that you don't tolerate extra sulfur and should look at a

sulfur reduction diet and/or supplements to help your liver phases work better.

I'd join Frequent Dose Chelation and ask there, they are very good with treating

adults.(not saying folks here aren't), but some of the folks there are really

good at adult issues.
