Guest guest
Thanks everyone, I'll try to promote drinking water even for myself. If you are beginning to detox your children, the less sweets the better. We only drink water here. > > > > Hi Dana > > > > I had a look at your Yeast Diet. Guest guest
There is always coconut water. I like Vita Coco. It has a sweet taste and to cut back on sugar I give half water half coconut water. I also give my ds ginger tea diluted with some lemon and he enjoys that. He was never a big juice drinker. If I do give him juice I give him lakewood organic veggie/fruit juice. [ ] Re: juice alternative I know everyone was pushing water, but I thought I'd share the alternative our nutritionist suggested, because my son won't drink plain water either. He said to use a cup of water with 1/4-1/2 tsp Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother) and 4-5 drops of liquid Stevia. It tastes kind of like tea and my son who was a juice addict now requests this. The nutritionist likes it because he says the apple cider vinegar is a natural probiotic and the stevia is a natural sweetener. Goodluck! > > > > Hi Dana > > > > I had a look at your Yeast Diet.
