Guest guest
Thanks and , you both confirmed what I was thinking. I won't allow the chiro to do any x-rays. Again, Thank you! [ ] Re: chelation / x-rays I never let the chiro X-ray me or my son. The only way I would allow it is if there were an auto accident or bulging disc or something. Chiro's are supposed to be about natural health - yet some seem very X-ray happy to me. They know it isn't good for your body/health - so why do it unless absolutely positively necessary (besides to make more money). IMO, a good chiropractor should be able to work on you without X-rays. > > > > My son has an appointment with a chiropractor Monday and I was told that they will want to do x-rays. I'm not sure if this is a good idea since we are chelating. We have completed 10 rounds. Any advice? > > > > >
Guest guest
I saw a chiro, new, young. She doesn't do " traditional " x-rays. She doesn't have an x-rays machine yet. Send to the hospital if needs ones. She had some kind of " ultra sound " (NOTSURE) machine, hooked up to a pc, that she just ran it down my spine. Showed my spine, she printed it out for me. I've been doing acupuncture in place, issues with shoulder and adjustments didn't do the trick. Anyone else, ideas, what that was? Just had my teeth cleaned. They wanted x-rays, I passed. They look at my like I'm nuts. I'm not having issues. But they'd like x-rays with every visit!!!! My kids have never had x-rays either. No issues yet either! Tammy [ ] Re: chelation / x-rays The only reason we do not see a chiropractor is because of the X-Ray's. As a licnsed nurse, I can tell you that X-RAY's are cumulative, which means they build up in the body and they don't exit the body. Unless you have a valid reason for an X-RAY, like an obvious broken bone, then I do not recommend them. I also do not recommend routine dental x-rays, as they are closer to your brain. > > > > My son has an appointment with a chiropractor Monday and I was told that they will want to do x-rays.
