I have avoided gluten since 2000 when it became clear that gluten was involved

in my irritable bowel symptoms and balance problems (both stopped cold when I

stopped gluten). I have been chelating mostly with DMPS (it is difficult to say

exactly how long because I have taken long breaks). I was able to introduce

gluten without symptoms Christmas 2009. I believe that the SCD goat yogurt I

was consuming is the other thing that helped besides chelation.

When my son was first diagnosed, all foods caused problems for him.

After chelation and several supplements, now he can eat anything he wants.
