Concerned about ALA

I recently found that I had mercury poisoning and I've been chelating with ALA

by itself.  So far in several chelation cycles, I have had about 20 " on " days

total.  (always take as many days off as I had on)  I am concerned about an

inconsistency that I have seen in some of Andy's posts.  There have been times

when a parent saw progress and then the progress seemed to stop and his advice

was to continue chelating with frequent dose ala.  But on the other hand I have

read him as saying that if you don't have some success in about 16 cycles, you

need to move on and try something else.  I'm not being negative or critical, I'm

just worried that I will never get better.  I can definitely tell that something

is happening while on the ALA but I'm worried that maybe I'm too bad for this to

work on.  I have ordered DMSA and I will be adding that to the protocol and I

have also ordered Kelatox.  I know that Andy isn't a fan of EDTA for mercury,

but

nevertheless there are alot of great user reports on EDTA suppositories even on

this list.  If you have been healed of mercury poisoning, please contact me at

george_mustard@...  This list is so busy that its nearly impossible to

keep up or even search even with the onibasu website.  Thanks very much for

encouragement or advice.
