non-verbal..

Omega 3 fatty acids jump started language from babble to recognizeable single

words almost immediately. Used about 1.5grams/day with a 30-35lb boy. His first

words, aside from the initial words he learned and lost at 12 months, came at

about 33 months.

Olive Leaf Extract took the single words to 2-4 word combinations almost

immediately, but still just statements.

Lysine (more antirals) brought questions and conversation, but still not

'normal'. 500 mgs/day also dried up two warts on his feet within 2 weeks.

Chelation (low dose/high frequency)with DMSA/ALA, done during the OLE and Lysine

(but long after the fish oil) brought it all closer to age appropriate. We still

have delays, but things like receptive vocabulary and processing speed are

approaching normal or actually above normal. What lags is what they call

'working memory'... can't hold on to or retrieve info fast enough so he seems

like he doesn't understand (gets bogged down with trying to keep up with oral

instruction) or hear you. But he does.

GFCF diet did little for language, but a lot for lifting that 'fog' (again,

immediate).
