Jack raised some good points, but his irritation with the group came

through in his first e-mail and had an unpleasant sting. In my

experience, positive outcomes are most likely to occur when people

are spoken to with kindness and respect. Anger is a natural human

emotion, but most of the time I think it needs to be tamed within

one's self and not vented on others.
