Hello, All ... I guess some of you folks are really offended by my comments and suggestions - and you've help me decide to discontinue participating in this group. I might mention that I got a lot of private emails from folks who said that they agrred with me but hadn't said the same to the group. I hope you all have success in managing your RA. Jack
