Guest guest
> > Bee, > > I am starting on Nystatin. I've been on the diet for a long time now but I'm not up to the coconut oil 5 tbs. I don't think I'm going to ever be able to take that much coconut oil. It's just not for me. As far as the Nystatin, my prescription is for 500000U Tabs and it says to take two tabs 3 times a day. Is that a lot? It's supposed to be a 15 day run. Would you recommend starting on a smaller dose? That's 6 tabs a day. Should I start with maybe half that or just one tab a day? Just interested in your thoughts before I go full strength on this. I value your thoughts! +++Hi ita. How long is a long time?? You need to take enough time to increase your unrefined coconut oil up to 6 tbsp. per day, which you will tolerate eventually. So please do not start on nystatin until you can. The reason coconut oil is so important is not only due to its antifungal properties but also because of its nutrients and healing abilities. So that's why it is so important on this program. I cannot say you can success if you don't work on increasing your coconut oil, and instead start on nystatin too soon. The reason you feel you can't do coconut oil is because it is creating a lot of healing/die-off symptoms. Remember that candida is not cured by " killing it off " or " trying to get rid of it " with antifungals. That is because the only way to cure candida (or any health problems for that matter) is by building up the immune system so it becomes strong enough to " make " candida " change back " into the nice friendly organism it is supposed to be in the body. That isn't done by antifungals. It is done with " proper nutrients " (diet plus supplements) which provide the human body with what it needs so it is capable of healing itself naturally (which includes coconut oil, along with the other " good " fats I recommend) - all nutrients work together so none should be left out. I don't recommend taking nystatin over other antifungals like clove oil, raw garlic and oil of oregano, since they are much better. You can take nystatin for a very long time, without any ill effects, so don't just take it for and taken longer periods of time. This article explains the kind of nystatin to get (most doctors and even pharmacist get it wrong) and also the doses to take: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/anti3.php Bee
Guest guest
All, How much should I give to my son for Nystatin? He is already on diflucan for one month and it seems the yeast is still there. My son is 4yrs and 38lbs. What kind of Nystatin sold in the market because the one that I use now is Mycostatin and it contains sugar. Thanks. Herry
