I have been on this list for a long time

and have enjoyed it up til lately... the last few days has really been

too much and most of it not about RA. There are other groups for lap

band also which you all could join. My friends are on them and other

forums for that. I'm not saying all the email coming in was about that

topic, but with all the bickering and OT emails it's been non RA. This

is the RA list, and should be treated as such. I don't even get digest

email, they come in my email box one at a time, so I do feel for the

people on digest who have to sort thru it all.

Maggie I have to agree with you this is an RA group and it should stay
