Guest guest
Hi everyone My NT daughter has a fever of 102+ this am. No runny nose or any other symptom really just cranky and clingy. My question is , I think its a general consensus that a fever is good because it helps us fight off whatever is trying to get us so not to treat to quickly. I surfed and found a site that said brain damage occurs at 107.6. So okay most of us would be passed out face first in our wheaties at 105 but at what point do you say fever is now too high and i'm going to throw some Motrin at it? For me i think between 101 and 105. I just wanted to know if anyone else has any insight or experience like " hey definitely don't go over 103 because organ failure occurs " or something. ANy input would be great! Thanks again! SHannon
