I have read somewhere to take folinic and it might help. I took it on and off about (300-400mg) a day. > Is this enough? Are there any dangers to too much folinic acid? At my house, mB12 required folic acid, B2, and carnitine for proper absorption, and it did tend to really increase yeast. My son needed a crazy amount of folic acid, but I have read that most people need about 1600mcg. Those symptoms were mostly yeast symptoms here.
