What do you do if you have to give amoxicillin?

My son has an ear infection. I am sooo resistant to giving him this, but he

needs it. It's just that we are two weeks into all the supplements and yeast

die off medicine. Will this set him back if I give him amoxicillin? He takes it

twice a day for 10 days!! Do you use a compounding pharmacy?
