Guest guest
Lately I found that my son's manganese level is elevated off the chart. I am clueless about his possible exposure to manganese. Few possibilities: - cookware - I am using GreenPan (non-stick and supposed not to release toxin at high temperature. - water - I am using filtered mineral water - the small amount of manganese in Kirkman's SNT - 750mcg - brown rice and dried beans in his daily diet. I remember his manganese was not high in his hair test 6 months ago but in his recent RBC elements test, his manganese has shot up to >95th percentile. It has been mentioned in many articles that excessive manganese could be neurotoxic to children. Apart from chelation (which I will be starting this weekend), any other means to neutralise manganese? Please shed light. Shan
