Guest guest
Fabulous to have gone smoothly!. It is most likely to be yeast which is always always promoted by chelation. Just a necessary side effect to be managed. Are you giving any antifungals - Grapefruit Seed Extract for instance? Alison W > > hello, we started ac chelation this friday gone doing 4mg of dmsa per dose, we did it every four hours and every thing went smoothly untill 30 minutes ago when ds seemed to have a tummy ache. he said 'sorry tummy' so i think he is in pain. he got very weepy and was unconselable and then started throwing up. the only thing i could think of is giving an epsom bath which seemed to have worked as he went to sleep straight after. my question is, is this normal after a chelation round. last dose was given sunday 7pm and we had no issues up untill now. he weighs 28lb. thanks in advance for your help >
Guest guest
yes we gave oil of oregano for yeast. he normaly has a white coating on his tongue when yeast is a problem and this time the tongue is nice and pink. we had somehow mananged to clear the yeast beast just before chelation but i guess it will always be coming back untill the root cause is sorted. > > > > hello, we started ac chelation this friday gone doing 4mg of dmsa per dose, we did it every four hours and every thing went smoothly untill 30 minutes ago when ds seemed to have a tummy ache. he said 'sorry tummy' so i think he is in pain. he got very weepy and was unconselable and then started throwing up. the only thing i could think of is giving an epsom bath which seemed to have worked as he went to sleep straight after. my question is, is this normal after a chelation round. last dose was given sunday 7pm and we had no issues up untill now. he weighs 28lb. thanks in advance for your help > > >
Guest guest
That's right you will have to keep on top of it. You may need to give more OoO and perhaps some other antifungals in addition.
