Charcoal only wipes up in the digestive tract. If the yeast is elsewhere

it's of no utility.

Alka Selzer gold seems to help some with brain fog.

Thanks !

We did the spit test this morning and my son's looked pretty good. Assuming

yeast in the gut is ok but the yeast is elsewhere? And the way to assess the

yeast elsewhere is by symptoms? (congestion / brain fog/ etc.)

How do we know if it's yeast or reaction to supps or detoxing (lymph nodes

draining)?

Appreciate you sharing your knowledge!

Hi,

How do you do a spit test for yeast?  Thanks.

2nd day on Candex and biotin (1 mg) and wondering if increased fogginess

and verbal sounds are due to yeast dieoff or if the supplements are unsuitable?

The first day, gave activated charcoal 45 minutes after dose but didn't make

much of a difference.

We'll be doing the spit test tomorrow morning.

Thanks!!

Please see link - basically first thing in the morning (before drinking,

brushing teeth) and spit in a clear cup of water. And observe. If there is

jellyfish or particles, there is yeast. (I'm just not sure if that is only in

the gut or includes yeast elsewhere)

The link shows a good picture of what to look for.
