Kirkman ALA - flavored or not?

Hi all, I went to order my ALA from Kirkman today and they asked me if I wanted

the flavored casules or the non-flavored. I didn't know what to get! What does

everyone use? And if I get the non-flavored, what liquid does everyone use to

mask the taste?
