Guest guest
While it's better if they do go everyday....it's not the end of the world if they don't. There is some notion out there about constipation causing redistribution....but it's not based on any facts. I'd would however, for other health reasons work on regular bowel function. Addressing yeast, giving extra mag and C can help facilitate stools...etc. Jan > > Hello! > Is everyday regular stool required during and between rounds? > If there is no BM every 24 hours, should I consider a clistir while chelating? > > Thanks! > >
Guest guest
Id be concerned if it was more than 2 or 3 days without a BM, but missing a day here and there wouldnt worry me.
