While it's better if they do go everyday....it's not the end of the world if

they don't. There is some notion out there about constipation causing

redistribution....but it's not based on any facts. I'd would however, for other

health reasons work on regular bowel function. Addressing yeast, giving extra

mag and C can help facilitate stools...etc.

Id be concerned if it was more than 2 or 3 days without a BM, but missing a day

here and there wouldnt worry me.
