" ==>Hi Bebe. Thorne Research makes good products. I believe those substances are to make the capsule and/or so the capsule won't stick to the machinery. I'm sure the amounts are very small. Also ensure it contains " true " niacin (B3) or buy it separately. We know how important niacin is for getting rid of toxins, eh? ==>Your knee joint pain could be either die-off or retracing, or both. Hopefully you can take time to do the suggestions which help with detoxification, i.e. Epsom Salt baths, coffee enemas, dry skin brushing, etc. - also see this article for more help: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/detox.php The best, Bee
Guest guest
> > Hi Bee. Just a concern re: Vit. B. Lots of conflicting info. whether the B vitamins actually feed yeast I've read on the internet. I know your plan assists our immune system to regain strength and thus cause the candida to become friendly again. Why do so many feel Vit. B feeds the yeast? Thanks, Bonnie. > (Tried to research on this board but I guess they are having technical problems, sorry.) +++Hi Bonnie, I think they are misinterpreting their reactions. As we know, when the body lacks nutrients and gets them, it becomes able to heal and detoxify itself like it should. It is more common for people to think reactions and symptoms mean candida is being fed, rather than understanding those are normal reactions by the body in order to heal itself naturally. Guest guest
I'm on the edge of starting chelation. Question about Vitamin B which I have yet to add. Is it all right if I add a " B daily essentials " It has Thiamin - 50 mg Riboflavin - 50 mg Niacin - 55mg Vitamin B6 - 50 mg Folic Acid - 400 mcg Vitamin B12 - 50 mcg Biotin - 300 mcg Pantothenic Acid - 100 mg Choline Bitartrate - 50 mg Insotol 50 mg Paba - 50 mg Is the above ok for a 60 lb boy? What would his dose be? Only other thing I need to add is Vit E. Then we'll be off and running. 7 yr old boy
Guest guest
Hi Preethi, If you B complex is 50mg, then you wouldn't cut it in half, but you would cut your 100mg Niacin in half. Group Moderator PS- Say hi to your sister from me! I remember her from before. ) > > Hi Bee, > > I purchased the Natural Factors, Hi potency B complex (90 Capsules) and the Natural Factors Niacin 100gm (90 Capsules). I am a bit confused as to how to take the B complex. Should we cut it in half? I know that I need to cut the Niacin into half so that I am only consuming 50mg, but do I also do the same for the B complex? On your website under Candida supplements charts it says that we need to take: > > " Balanced 50 mg tablets or capsules, plus Niacin (B3) if the product contains niacinamide (synthetic form) " . Does the brand that I purchased contain balanced 50mg tablets or do I need to cut it like the Niacin? > > Thanks so much for your help, > With kind regards and love > Preethi >

Yes, the brand I recommend is balanced and it is 50 mg each, so you take 1 twice a day along with 50mg niacin twice a day with meals.
