I read an article about a Japanese doctor use her own protocol to teach her

patient how to remove mercury by consume " FRESH " cilantro ( gotta be fresh, not

cooked one) when they have filling done or removed from their teeth ( mercury

come out of filling and go in our body).

I can't remember where I read that article, but I do remember this doctor's

protocol is

Eat at least 0.25 cup or 1/4 cup of " FRESH " cilantro ( don't cook it) per day.

You can divide it up with two meals, mixed with salad, add them into soup, or

topping them on meat or rice... whatever.

Chopped them real fine first, ( DONT COOK THEM) and consume them as the way you

like. Cilantro is the natural plante for removing mercury and bind them into

urine.

In her protocol, she also encourage her patients to take Chlorella ( natural

green alage) along with eating fresh cilantro, it expedite large amount of

mercury removal into urine.

We bought chlorella tablets in Whole Food Store, $12.00 per box for 1 month

dosages.

I wonder what the threshold is between cooking with cilantro and chelating? Will

any amount chelate? I mean (for example), ALA is present in food so does that

also mean we chelate when we eat meat?

The original study came to fruition after a guy noticed people had more mercury

in their urine after consuming " large amounts " of cilantro in a Vietnamese soup.

Tablespoons? Love to know.

I wouldn't juice it. I seem to be just fine cooking with it.

Watching your child awaken is one of the best experiences. I hope you continue

to see more.
