On our trying to legislate happiness, and justice

Something taking its time getting posted elsewhere so I decided to plop it down

here, do you mind? That I should care?

Teena, and others, stuck on trying to legislate happiness?

If you're suggesting that the US government is violating our

civil/personal/constitutional rights, if not specific individuals in violation

of the spirit of the law, US law? (with mandatory vaccination, etc.) you'd be

right, as far as I'm concerned, which, to me, means the US should not so much be

petitioned but prosecuted, (Individual, where that might be the case) but where

to start? Maybe here with as much? .. . that we should respect the US government

when it comes to abuse, of the law? (forgetting what might be more meaningful

for the moment? as with reason) but I think that would be the problem.

The question might more intelligently be, how do you deal with an abusive state

(and such leadership?) I figure I'm on the right track saying and doing as much

as I do. Pointing out how there are so many laws that the state isn't enforcing

(violating the very spirit of the law, I'd say, by as much) except where it

serves its own interests? ... (if that's not what having so many laws isn't

really about? not to mention the vesting interest/s/situation that scenario has

created, to the benefit of some more than others) might be a good place to start

in having a *moratorium* on passing further laws (You'd like that, right?) until

fundamental (individual) justice is resolved (of serving the laws that presently

exist and aren't being served? of justice isn't being done by the way things

are.. .

Perhaps we need a court that could legitimately (reasonably?) deal with abuses

of the state (forget the stacked elections that aren't about serving justice

outside itself of their inherent bias) but I can't think of any other than the

court of public opinion until a better one can be developed, perhaps, of what

I'm proposing?

I don't believe justice for some is justice at all, of why I'm not really

jumping on anyone's bandwagon, otherwise, of my trying to be as just as I feel I

am capable of and that I feel we need to be, for justice to be actually done.

We need to be looking at the larger issue with respect to justice, and stop

vaccinating our children (etc.) where we feel like stopping that and things like

that that violate our individual space/jurisdiction, by taking it upon ourselves

to do as much, (of taking the law into our own hands with respect to what is

ours to do that justness would be done/served otherwise?) and then move on to

what encompasses us beyond that, that we could go beyond that otherwise? .. .

Just do It?!. Uphold your own?!. Fight the good fight?!. (Like this, no less? ..

.. of what you Feel/understand, you are.. . (That you would want to live in a

world, otherwise?!. You're as good as what you would die for/are prepared to die

for.. Here's hoping it would be for at least as much as this?!.

Think twice before trying to shut us up?!.
