Guest guest
Actually my question was if I wanted to cut back on what supps he gets which ones should I keep on board to support his body during chelation.~ > > > > Hi > > Yes i know what you mean with the time aspect, i manage to give Harry his supplements when he is asleep, i just sit him up and he drinks them, i am giving him the following:- > > > Candex x1 capsule 4am > > Probiotics CP1 x1 Saac B x 4, Lactobactillis x 1 with TAURINE x 250mg and Aloe vera 25ml at 6am > > Magnesium & b6 x 500mg , calcium(calcium pantothenate) x 500mg , NAG x 1 capsule, milk thistle x 1/2 capsule, minerals, vitamins, CLO at 7am > > Yeast herbs at 8.15am rotating GSE, goldenseal root and Oil of oregano P73 > > > Taurine x 250mg half an hour before dinner about 3.15pm > > calcium(calcium pantothenate) x 500mg, NAG x 1 capsule, milk thistle x 1/2 capsule, eskimo kids x 5ml, vitamin d3, minerals, vitamins and yeast herb at about 5pm > > probiotics as above with enteroccoccus x 4 (showed up in poop test that he was low) and L-lysine x 500mg at 7pm > > Candex x 2 capsules & melatonin at 9pm > > activated Charcoal at 11pm > > Plus I am chelating with TD-DMPS which works around school and my job, so I give for 5 days on and 5 days off at 8am, 4pm & midnight. > > He is also GF/CF although I am just looking into SCD. > > As a single mum I also have two daughters who I am chief taxi driver for because they both have evening jobs > > And yes I am completely exhausted but it is all in the name of love!! Guest guest
Hard to know what to tell you because I don't really know your child. For me, the A, biotin, B6, theanine, carnitine, calcium, and 5HTP could be removed. But, if you are using l-theanine/5HTP for anxiety and it is working then keep it in. It is so easy to get to this length of a list. I just weeded out what was necessary in our house and got it down to 8 different things in the AM and 3 at night. Still, a ton. As we progress with chelation our need for supplements has decreased. In a few months I'll take another look at what I can reduce; a never ending project! Guest guest
Nikki, When doing biomed on my son it was determined throught blood work that he needed Amino support, 5htp for serotonin, l carnitine (rx 330mg used 2x/day). He experienced. anxiety so I started with Gaba-nothing! So I moved on to oxytocin, then adrenal support. I would suggest testing blood levels to see what is needed because after many rounds of AC chelation, some things were no longer needed as time progressed. At times, our list look much like yours with the exception of CLO becausef a soy allergy. We used fish oil, Barleans Omega's & Micellized vit A & D drops. We never used chromium nor l theanine but one of his adrenal supports contained l theanine At times I think he was takin about 14 in the a.m. alone but they were all needed. My apologies for any spelling errors as when typing text on a small phone there are sometimes errors. Although sometimes it's not taken that way. Hope this helps! Guest guest
I recently cut everything out, and then added back in only those things I KNEW where helping. My son is now doing great and only takes 5 pills a day. But, what works for him and what works for your child is completely different. So what I say is, just used the ones that you know for certain are doing something good.
