Guest guest
I've been trying to increase my alkalinity (recovering from breast cancer). I also get the Mercola health articles. Of course, he sells products, too. Today this was in one of his articles: These good bacteria can be of little help if they don't survive your stomach, or aren't supported once they arrive in your GI tract. That's what makes the New and Improved Complete Probiotics so special. By taking these easy-to-swallow capsules with food as directed, you'll ensure the live organisms will find themselves in a less hostile environment (with a pH of 3 to 4), that makes it far more likely that they survive and reach their destination.* What's this about the pH of 3 to 4? Isn't that way too acid? Does that mean some probiotics have as part of their mechanism the lowering of your body's pH? We don't use his brand (were using Biokult, now using Culturelle), but is this a problem? I want to both increase my alkalinity and have friendly bacteria in my gut. PS: How can we block the porn and selling from this list?? Have everybody re-join & get approved? This spamming is totally unacceptable.
