How to divide DMSA suppository?

My son is 3Y10M old.We will begin with DMSA suppository and follow AC protocol,

but how could we divide the 200ml DMSA suppository to 10.5ml/21ml DMSA

suppository?Anyone try this and have a good idear?

BTW,how about the effects of DMSA suppository?
