I'm not a doctor, but I would still say the FIRST thng you need to do is get

all the amalgam fillings out of your mouth. You need to go to a dentist

that knows the safe way to do this. This would be step one.

I believe you are in the right place. I understand the first thing for you to do

is to visit an alternative dentist who will carefully remove and " cure " your

teeth by removing all those amalgam fillings you have. After that, take a break

and start chelating with the Andy Cutler protocol. The mercury you played with

as a child....well its molecular weight is so high, that droplets as tiny as

skin pores penetrate through the skin and into your bloodstream, so this old

exposition means this mercury is most probably allocated in your tissues and

organs, it shall come out little by little with proper chelation, but it makes

no sense to start chelating yourself until you remove all those " silver "

fillings because you will be exposed to further damage, so step one: have those

removed, buy the book Amalgam Illness by Andy Cutler and start informing

yourself.

Hello!

I don't know where to turn so thought I'd at least post here. I thought about 3

yrs. ago that I have a problem with mercury. I've been sick all my life (39

years old) and it's getting worse. Lots of details that I can explain later. But

for now, what would you tell me to do first? I have begun the No Sulfur diet 5

days ago and was seeing some tremendous results, but the past couple days, not

so much. I realize it could take 7 or 8 full days before I feel better. What am

I looking for in feeling better? Like all day every day feeling better or just

less " psycho " times or what? Just not sure.

I have concluded that it might be mercury because

1. my mother used to let us play with mercury all the time at her work when I

was young. She would put it in our hands and we could roll it around in our

palms, but we had to stay very close to her because she said it could hurt us.

This went on for years. She worked at a plumbing shop and had a little glass

container with the ball of mercury in it.

2. From what I read, vaccines could be the problem. Have been vaccinated of

course.

3. I have TONS of " silver " fillings in my mouth. My mouth tastes like metal all

the time. Some of them are open... like my teeth have cracked and so the metal

is just... there.

I have no idea how to go about any of this, but I eat perfectly! And now the no

thiol / no sulfur foods too.

I have hypoglycemia, adrenal fatigue, psychotic times, insomnia, terrible yeast

and bowel problems and more. My greatest fear is doctors and hospitals because

for years they had me on all kinds of anti anxiety and anti depression meds. I'm

finally getting off all those, but it's taken me 3 yrs. to get off Klonopin

(heavy withdrawal! Nearly died). I'm down to only 3.5 months longer 'till have

zero toxins going in my body nutritionally and regarding meds.

I'll post here what I take daily in supplements... maybe some of the prob is in

that:

Morning:

25 mg. Pregnenolone

125 mg. Magnesium

100 mcg. Folic Acid (this is in magnesium pill)

400 mg. Malic Acid (this is in magnesium pill)

5,000 IU Vitamin D3

Vitamin B Complex

500 mg Vitamin C (this is in B Complex pill)

200 mcg Folic Acid (this is in B Complex pill)

20 mg. Zinc

1 Symplex F (Bovine Ovary, Adrenal, Pituitery, Thyroid Extracts)

20 mg. Calcium (this is in Symplex F pill)

Magnesium Transdermal Oil

Afternoon:

Vitamin B Complex

500 mg Vitamin C (this is in B Complex pill)

200 mcg Folic Acid (this is in B Complex pill)

125 mg. Magnesium

100 mcg. Folic Acid (this is in magnesium pill)

400 mg. Malic Acid (this is in magnesium pill)

TOTAL DAILY ZINC: 30 mg.

TOTAL DAILY VIT. C: 1,000 mg.

TOTAL DAILY MAGNESIUM: 375 mg. + Transdermal Oil

TOTAL DAILY FOLIC ACID: 700 mcg.

Any help would be appreciated. Even if you said you don't have answers and could

point me to another group.

I'd like to find out how to get these fillings out of my mouth though!

Like people have said already, remove the amalgam fillings safely from your

mouth.

- Try a GFCF diet and see if you get any relief.

- Take Epsom Salt baths.

- Take Fish Oil supplements

- Take probiotics. and add in a yeast fighter, like biotin and grapefruit seed

extract or oil of oregano. Take the probiotics at least 2 hours away from the

yeast fighters.

The supplements below look pretty good. You might want to up the zinc

considerably. 1mg per pound of body weight, plus 20mg, round up.

Read up about chelation and other helpful info in the files section here on the

group.

After amalgam removal, start chelation following the AC protocol.

Thank you to the three of you who have already posted back to me. I have further

questions. Here goes...

1. I still have 3.5 months before I will be free from the Klonopin. It's very

hard on my body / central nervous system as I withdraw from it. I'm wondering if

it would be safer on me to wait the 3.5 months before the fillings are removed.

Your thoughts? (I know you all are not doctors... I ask your ideas, not

expecting anyone to tell me what to do for certain :)

2. I was taking cod liver oil (3 tsp. daily)... Carlson's Cod Liver Oil. But I

thought it had ALA in it the other day, so I stopped. I read further and saw

that it's alpha LINOLINEC acid, not LIPOIC. So, is the LINOLENIC okay for the no

sulfur / thiol diet? And, how much does Andy or you all say for daily amount? If

it matters, my weight is 145 lb. (I keep shrinking from not being able to get

enough food in me).

3. I read that taking molybdenum is good. Why is it good to take? I can't seem

to get a definite understanding though I've typed the word plus mercury or plus

sulfur, etc. on Google. What does molybdenum do? What kind to take? I see a

couple kinds.

4. Where do I find a dentist capable of helping me? I'm in Missouri (U.S.).

5. I am now on high dosages of enzymes to help me break down foods. I was to the

point that I was not absorbing any good stuff and sick 24/7 but didn't know why.

The Lord has really directed me in much resarch and led me to understand enzymes

quite a bit. Are they okay when looking at heavy metal toxicity? Proteases are

going through my body and making changes in me (GOOD CHANGES... like I'm finally

getting less pshcyo times, when I do sleep, I sleep better, but there are nights

I get zero sleep, I'm now able to eat some meats without a depression coming

over me, etc.)

6. I'm taking 5 Billion in probiotics 2x daily. I'm hoping that's enough. It's

Garden Of Life's brand.

7. I can't use grapefruit seed extract. Something about the pathway that GSE

takes interferes with the Klonopin pathway. I don't understand it, but I don't

use GSE because I keep being told not to re: the Klonopin. I have Caprylic Acid

and Oil of Oregano... would that help with the Candida even though I might have

the mercury or take AFTER fillings are out? How much of either OoO or Caprylic

if so?

8. Epsom Salt. I thought that was a no-no if the mercury was in place??? Trying

to get sulfurs down. Is it because it's NOT a sulfur?

9. I'm getting my Vit. C down to the 1000 mg. daily (it's in another vitamin,

that's why I'm still taking it). Should I go lower because it might mess with

the mercury? Or is high amounts of Vit. C okay when you still have the fillings

in?

10. Why so much zinc? The only reason I'm even on zinc is because a few months

ago when I couldn't even put meat in my mouth because I would go " crazy " in my

head (oh it's awful folks!) and get so sick, I read Carl Pfieffer's books on

zinc, schizoprhenia, pyrluria (I think that's the right spelling) and he said

that zinch is a big factor for people who can't eat meat. So, I dosed up. But, I

don't know why else zinc is good. If I weigh 145 lb. then by TJ's post, I should

use 145 mg of zinc. Is that AFTER the fillings are taken out or now?

Whew! Okay, that's it for now. I would say I'm sorry for bothering you with all

these questions, but honestly, I'm so grateful to have some people to talk with

and hopefully get some help. I have just sat at home for a couple years doing

reserach in books and online to figure out what's wrong with me. What a blessing

to know others are suffering and finding answers too! I don't do the doctor

thing anymore (they were the ones who put me on all these psychiatric meds and

had me in / out of hospitals. Once I got some info on all this, they were all

fired lol). So it's just me and my husband trying to figure out how to get this

body and brain of mine well.

Oh, and I'm pretty much GF and all that anyway... I can hardly eat anything.

Have been without sugar and preservatives for 3 yrs. now. Never eat anything

from a box or a can. Never eat out. No breads, etc. I grow most of my veggies

organic. :)

One more thing. I read on the no-sulfur diet page that taking Glutamine would be

good if not eating meat. I have L-Glutamine Free Form Powder, 5,000 mg per scoop

here in the house. I'm wondering why it is good to take and why it's good if not

eating meat? Since I'm having such trouble eating meat, I'm not eating much at

all (I think it's putrefying in my intestines and when it goes to my stomach, I

have immediately felt ill within a few mins. It's getting somewhat better so I'm

going slow, but I'm concerned about not getting amino acids). Is this why the

Glutamine powder? Shouldn't there be other amino acids I should take in place of

eating meat if I can't eat too much? Okay, any info on how much to take and

whether it is problematic at all while still having the fillings in would be

appreciate!

The bovine stuff sounds really scary to me.

Have you read Andy Cutler's books?

Epsom salts are fine but you may want to go easy to see how your body responds

since you have so much going on.

Why do the bovine glandulars sound scary?

I've not read any of Andy Cutler's books. What would you recommend?

What am I looking for in the Epsom Salt to help me? How much to use, why?

I'm hoping some people can answer my other questions I posted here. Maybe I

should make a separate post for several questions at a time instead of all of

them. Do you know how I can go about getting a dentist to take these fillings

out? And if it's safe to do it anytime or do I need my immune system more

" boosted " than it is right now FIRST?
