I would never give any Motrin unless it's bad. It's natures way of healing.

Let the body do it's thing. Only until your at that 103-105 type thing or a lot

of pain (been there with child up with an ear infection) then I'd hit the

Motrin.

You did not give the age or weight on your child. That makes a difference on

your question.

[ ] low-grade fever while chelating??

We've been chelating several weeks now. I noticed on Saturday that my daughter

seemed a little warm. Didn't act any different: ate well, slept well, interacted

with us the same, etc. Is this normal? Should I give motrin when I can tell

she's a little warm? She's non-verbal so I have no idea if she's achy or

anything from the chelation. We're using 10 mg. of DMSA every 4 hours.

Thanks!

Sorry. My daughter is 4 years old and weighs about 34 pounds. Since she's

non-verbal it's hard to know if she's in pain. I rarely give her motrin. So less

than 100 is to be just left alone? That's what I usually do. Just making sure a

low-grade fever is normal for chelation. We also recently started oral

glutathione.

I would not give Motrin or Tylenol anyway (it was recently recalled).
