Guest guest
There is a study that shows that virtually all fresh water fish has mercury content that exceeds EPA allowances for many people. Not sure where salmon fits into the picture, but you can read this for more discouraging info: http://www.environmentalhealthnews.org/ehs/news/ocean-mercury-increasing I don't know what the answer is to your question. I can only say that I can't trust most fish found in local stores so I don't eat it or serve it at home. I believe that I got toxic from eating fish for years so let's just say, been there done that! The oceans are so polluted, how can anything that lives in the ocean be healthy? > > Just started doing this and wanted to make sure okay. >
