We are using RX cream, seems to work nice, and easy to use, not sure how much of

good credit goes to it compare to other things we do

Compounded Gluthathione/MB12, our Dr prescribe it to my son, keeps his B12

levels high also, we get it compounded in FL and mailed to us, may some other

place do it, I'm not sure

Can give info of pharmacy if interested

I love the glutathione booster called MAX GL...it really works for me and my

family and there is great science behind it...it really helps your body

produce more glutathione which is great for your brain and liver and all

your organs... I buy it online

MAX GXL contains 75 mg alpha lipoic acid per capsule. The company recommends 3

capsules (225 mg ALA) twice daily. That much ALA on a twice a day schedule will

take mercury and some other metals and shove them it INTO the person's brain and

internal organs leading to long term worsening and real difficulty later if the

person wants to chelate properly. Many adults are so damaged by similar

treatments that they can't chelate properly. Typical symptoms we hear about in

My goodness yes that goes without saying a person should always use the dose

that is recommended by a physician or an expert!...I didn't suggest that you

one should take it without being aware of dosage for each individiaul health

situation and size.

Obviously a dosage would be much less for children! That recommendation they

have on there is for a healthy adult person...of course with any supplement

you have to take in consideration the person's health condition and adjust

dosage! I'm know of lots of supplements that have a recommended range or

dosage...but we take them at the dosage thats right for us..we don't apply

what works for general population works for us......I am able to take the

suggested dosage, and the impact on my health has been great, but thats just

me and my experience. A natural health practioner told me that this format

of glutathione booster works very well and I'm glad I tried it...but each to

their own...

I guess if you use MAX GXL like you would use ALA as a chelator (every 3-4 hours

for 72 hours at a 1/8-1/2 mg per lb ALA dose) it isn't a bad choice.

Not everyone tolerates NAC and a lot of us take Vitamin C in much higher doses.

I think it would be less costly to just buy some ALA milk thistle and Vitamin C

at The Vitamin Shoppe and chelate... especially if you will be splitting these

capsules in to 5ths or more to bring down that ALA dose. I think a 28 day

supply (at their dosing) is close to $80.

BUT... glad it works for you! I'm guessing this would be a reasonable option

for someone who can take larger doses of ALA and not for kids. Too much work

splitting capsules when you can go out and buy 25 mgs or less.

Bottom line is: I just like to keep my chelator as uncomplicated as possible,

which means I go for ALA or DMSA as a single ingredient and not a

multi-supplement. Personal choice.
