autism in El Salvador and Paraguay

This is terrible. I lived in Paraguay for a year (80-81) and knew conditions

were bad for people with disabilities back then. Several of my host siblings

have kids with special needs (Down Syndrome, CP, epilepsy) but I haven't gotten

any response when I've asked how conditions are for them.
