Guest guest
[ ] NJ I tried to access the information for NJ but couldn't. Could you tell me what they feel is brain injury? I have kids that were fetal alcohol and I believe they are brain injured but would they consider that a brain injury? Thanks Kathy Kathy, Try again. Also, Paragraph 5 stipulates: (5) Such other necessary health care, diagnostic services, treatment, and other measures to correct or ameliorate defects and physical and mental illnesses and conditions discovered by the screening services, whether or not such services are covered under the State plan. It doesn't matter whether fetal alcohol syndrome is classified as a brain-injury; what's critical is whether or not HBOT is " necessary to correct or ameliorate " their fetal alcohol syndrome.
