My daughters stools turned white while on porters milk cure diet when ate only

white foods for several days. Also children who eat only white foods are

sometimes self eliminating sulfer foods.

I've read that pale stool indicates a bile shortage. This has happened to my

daughter as well on occasion and giving her milk thistle has corrected the

problem.

In her case, I give her 1 cap, 3 times daily with meals which works well but I

double her dose on chelation rounds when I notice that her stool gets paler.

Have you tried milk thistle? Are you chelating?

a shortage of bile and what can I do?

Taurine may help with the stools.

Yep I thought of milk thistle too - we find it seems to lessen our

son's tics and might be helping my wife's asthma too.

She went to the health office and they asked her for a stool sample

which she brought. Apparently it's looking better so that may be the

end of it, but I'd definitely like her taking milk thistle. Like you

said - we all have to learn and imo pushing too hard causes the

opposite of what I'd like to happen so I'm feeling like I better

develop a little graciousness at this point.
