Guest guest
Hi, Powdered psyllium husks might do the trick - available at health food stores. They are very good for both ends of the spectrum in IBS. Best wishes Alison

My diet consists of millet, brown rice, meats, | veggies, nuts and rice protein powder. I take all of the oils but my | stools are still hard as a rock and uncomfortable. Guest guest
Hi Adrienne: Thanks for your reply...yes, unfortunately, I avoid most fruits except for a green apple once or twice a week. Too much pain. I've got to go out and get the right form of Magnesium and aloe vera gel later this evening tho'. Prunes are too sweet - I'm very hypoglycemic. I don't seem to be able to eat enough green leafy stuff. I try but there is just no room. I take Perfect Food and eat cauliflower, brocchli, green beans, squash, spinach and romaine salads with seseme oil. I take all the oils but its not enough. Hopefully the mag and aloe will help. Thanks again, Joyce Re: stool softener In a message dated 4/7/03 1:16:47 PM Mountain Daylight Time, bjeaton@... writes: > Not a topic I like to have to ask questions about but does anyone > know of a natural product that can be taken on a regular basis to > soften stools. Best regards.
