Now if you could make that dairy-free and egg-free, some of us could

actually indulge! ;)

,

maybe you can replace the eggs with some substitution from here:

http://gfrecipes.com/eggrepl.txt

and the milk with something from here:

http://www.enabling.org/ia/celiac/milkalt.html

Some of the ideas are soy-based but not all (I'm assuming you want to avoid

soy as well).

Hope it helps! =)

I'm guessing with only 1 egg, apple sauce would work or an egg replacer. Also

rice milk would work too. I'm going to have to try it!

[ ] Gluten-Free Chocolate Pudding Cake

Chocolate pudding cake is - well - a heavenly, rich, chocolaty experience and

if you haven't already tried it get into your kitchen right now and put on your

apron! And yes, this gluten-free recipe happens to be a favorite. It's very

simple to bake (and even simpler to eat) and comes out of the oven oozing with

chocolate pudding. Eat it while it's warm. Read more:

Try unsweetened hemp seed milk as well instead of rice milk as it is very rich

and has great EFAs in it. Can we make it sugar free too!? Then what's the point

I suppose. Not sure if the granulated stevia would taste good...hummm.

Sounds amazing though!

I didn't look at this actual recipe, but making recipes dairy- and egg-free is

usually very easy. For milk substitute almond mylk, rice mylk or hemp mylk, for

eggs substitute 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal and 3 Tsps warm water to equal one egg

(doesn't work for meringue or fried eggs), for butter substitute Earth Balance

(check for soy if that's an issue.

Wouldn't that be nice. Vegan seems the only way to go.
