Guest guest
Sorry I did not post all info. I was typing note from work. She is on DAN protocal and GFCFSF and no corn syrup or dyes. She is on mulitple supplements to include super nu thera, TMG, Taurine, GABA, Zinc, fish oil, learners edge, digest rite, vit C, Enhansa. her chelation is DMSA. She is also on methylated B-12 cream. We just are not seeing much results. She is overloaded with Mercury only. We feel like we should be seeing results by now. > > > > Ok our 7 yr. old is on her 3rd or 4th cycle of chelation. > > She is very scrambled. the first cycle she was scrambled during the 3 days on but seemed to level out after. This time we have done 2 back to back and the last with a few weeks in between. She is staying scrambled and is very difficult to handle even for the simplest task. Right now it is very hard to see any light at the end of the tunnel. We are home schooling her this yr. since we knew she would not be able to go to mainstream school and chelate. Our hope is for her to go back next year but right now I cannot see that happening. Is this normal? We do not get much/any guidance from her MD. We cannot usually get them on the phone to answer even the simplest question. I am just very worried and frustrated. > > >
Guest guest
I just checked my notes, we've seen major improvement since round #7. We chelate every other weekend. So for the first 12 weeks things were still rough. I kept going anyway, nothing to lose anymore. Then I started seeing glimpses of good things. BTW, Super Nu Thera makes my son rage (too many B's), Gaba makes my son rage, Zinc can cause HUGE heartburn which causes rage. I've removed every single supplement and added them back one at a time - twice now in the past few months. I think I finally have it right (for now). You may want to double check the supps. Last time I really did wait about 4 days in between each supp before adding it back, and yes, it works that way. You can really see what is helping, what you're not sure about, and what is making things worse. If your child has mercury, I recommend AC protocol. Someone very knowledgable told me that I should be patient, that it might take a while. At first that was hard but I've resigned to it now. Time will pass, things will improve, slow but sure. Guest guest
Consider the Dan! protocol as a possible reason for the " scrambled " thinking. Dosing every 8 hours allows for many redistributions of the metals per day. Stop dosing every 8 hours. Read the files here for AC dosing per weight and dose the proper amount every 3 hours around the clock. [ ] Re: Chelatioornn Therapy....How much time passed before saw results? Guest guest
Most people on this group use the Andy Cutler protocol. You can read about it in the Files section of this group, or you can go to noamalgam.com. I recommend you buy the book as there is a ton of very useful information in it. You don't have to read it cover to cover but you can scan differen sections and find what you need at different times and use it like a workbook. The main point of the protocol is the dosing schedule which is every 4 hours or every 3 hours depending on which chelator you are using. Around the clock. Just use a kitchen timer. It is a lot easier than it might sound. This morning my boy spoke an 8 word sentence! " Yea, come on, help me out over here. " He was asking for my help by saying " get dressed up " which is usually his way of asking permission to get dressed. In the past few years he's had some OCD tendencies where he asks permission to do things.. anyway, I kept telling him " yes, get dressed up " , " go ahead " , " do it " , and finally I asked him " do you need help? " , and he replied, " Yea, come on, help me out over here. " It was a really beautiful sound from someone who normally speaks a 1-3 word scripted sentence. He is improving, everyone notices, and I love it. I recommend the AC protocol. I tried a different one and it was the worst thing I ever did. Anything other than the dosing schedule on AC protocol will make your child worse and you should stop it. Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Would someone please clarify, preferably Andy wheteher it is ok to dose every four hours at night. It seems there is some confusion. We have done about 60 rounds with dosing every three hours during the day and one four hour dose at night. I am concerned. Thanks > > > > > > Ok our 7 yr. old is on her 3rd or 4th cycle of chelation. > > > She is very scrambled. the first cycle she was scrambled during the 3 days on but seemed to level out after.
