Awesome idea about the bath and charcoal absorbing the crud, ...never thought of

that.

You did two a day?    ...what is the protocol for mhbot anyways?

when we dove, we did the first at 7am thru 8am while eating bfst and from 6pm to

7pm while eating dinner.  Then after diving we did an epsom salt bath for

1/2hr.

and our guy slept like a baby.  Maybe you need to do a bath and also charcoal

before bed will absorb any crud from the die-off from the hbot.
