What is DMAE? I've never looked into it. Guess I have to google that one too :-) Actually, I've been using phosphatidylcholine hoping that it would help with carnitine absorption for my son, but I'm not sure if it's making a difference so I'd like to try choline instead. Is DMAE an alternative? Thanks for the link.
