Guest guest
protocol for mild hbot: 2 one hour dives at least 4 hours apart. We did 1.25 hours (that included the time it took to get up to pressure and the time it took to decompress) twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. We love, love, loved it. I did the dives with our guy. I am 66, have a bit of arthritis in my back and damage to my knees from a couple of serious falls after foot surgery (had to learn to rebalance myself); anyway, after the dives, which lasted a month I felt so much better and had more energy. The most important thing for me was the pain in my knees is better by at least 80% and the discomfort from the arthritis in my back is almost completely gone. We did our dives in April and I am still almost pain free in my back and my knees haven't reverted to their " old " pain and discomfort. Our guy (8) gained tons of language skills and conversational language (he already had words and conversation) and really made lots of gains in his expressive language. When we can afford it, I am going to buy a chamber, not only for our guy, but for me. The mild hbot was like a miracle for me (which was entirely unexpected) and we saw great gains for our guy and he really liked making the dives which was a real plus for us. nancy j a child is diagnosed with asd every 20 seconds From: Kate Grayce <kategrayce11@...> Subject: [ ] what is the best time of day to do a dive? autism treatment , mb12 valtrex Date: Friday, September 3, 2010, 5:02 PM  When is the best time to do a dive. We do them currently from 7pm to 8pm and sometimes my child has a hard time falling asleep. But then sometimes not. Could it be from the dive?
