Guest guest
Hello, I have been chelating with ALA for about a year, and have not really gotten any results. I always thought I had mercury poisoning based on my symptoms (neuropathy, extreme lethargy and tiredness, and extreme brain fog and confusion) and my reaction to sulfur foods, but I had never gotten a hair test. Unsure of what was going on, I ordered a hair test. However, now that I have gotten one, it is not so clear. I do not meet any counting rules, although one rule (# of elements about 50%) is close: 6 above. Although, I am also not certain I am reading it correctly, because there are two elements that are very close to 50% that I am not counting; it is hard to tell if they are going right or left. I was initially wondering if I had any fragments of amalgam left in my mouth and that is the reason for not getting better. I understand that only body-burden is clearly expressed through counting rules in a hair test, not brain mercury. Would chelating with amalgam fragments cause a normal hair test (i.e. be clearing the body of mercury, but concentrating it in the brain)? My other interpretation if this is not the case, is that my lead is elevated. If my mineral transport is normal, then it is very likely that the elevated lead levels are accurate. Could anybody provide any insight? I have posted my hair test as lvaskys-hairtest.jpg. Thanks for your help.
