Guest guest
My child does very well with Taurine and poorly without it. What other supps would go along with Taurine? Deb
Guest guest
Taurine helps the cells retain magnesium, and helps the liver produce bile. It's from cysteine and contains sulfur. So he may be benefiting from various things. Does he do OK on sulfury foods like onions, eggs, etc? Jo > > My child does very well with Taurine and poorly without it. Guest guest
No, eggs make him rage. I doubt I will ever have enough guts to give him eggs again. His digestive system is so bad, I think it's the liver/bile part that helps him. Do you know of other supps that he might do well on since he does so well with Taurine? Guest guest
Yes, sometimes I do. He makes such a mess by splashing gallons of water on the floor that I don't do it often, though. I have some cream that I believe is the same substance. Maybe I should try that again. Deb > > > > > > My child does very well with Taurine and poorly without it. Guest guest
May I ask where you got the cream and what is it called. I can't give my son epson salt baths, because he doesn't like them. He just lets the water go. Thanks, Z On Wed, Jan 12, 2011 at 8:28 PM, mrboysmom <misterboysmom@...>wrote: > > > Yes, sometimes I do. Guest guest
I bought the cream at Kirkman Laboratories, online. I wonder if maybe your son won't like it, though, since he doesn't like the baths? I'm not sure about that. I used to use the cream after we went swimming. In the end we could not go swimming because the chlorine made him rage, so we had to quit going. Maybe someday... Deb > > > > > > > > > > My child does very well with Taurine and poorly without it. Guest guest
Research dandelion tea. I've used it for gallbladder/bile issues, but can't remember why or any precautions. > > > > > > My child does very well with Taurine and poorly without it.
