Hi All,

I've been trying to try things that would help me with my brain fog / memory

issues.

I heard that Cacao beans can improve your brain. Is it safe to have Organic

Cacao beans if you are mercury poisoned and are in the middle of chelation?

Thank you,

Tony

Well, if organic cacao did that, I'd have the clearest brain function of them

all! I'm a dark chocoholic (80% cacao without dairy).

Cacao is an antioxidant, amongst other things. You are just fine eating it

while chelating or while toxic. It is high sulfur, I believe, which can be

troublesome for quite a few people. That will be up to you to decide its'

effects.

Raw, minimally processed is best. I wouldn't expect miracles, but it isn't

crazy to give it a shot.

Enjoy.

They can be addictive for some people and are supposed to be eaten in

moderation. There are several raw foodists on the list that can give you some

more information. Everyone SELLING them says they are great, but if you search

google for side effects, consuming them daily may not be a good idea.

Brain fog may be detoxing too quickly (get relief with epsom baths, baking soda

baths, foot baths, sunlight, whole body vibration, etc.) or yeast.

Pycnogenol may not be bad if you are looking for an antioxidant - vitacost.com

has a pine bark extract that is very good and inexpensive.
