Thank you Shontell,

I 2nd her motion! LOL

Merry Christmas! May God bless each and everyone of you with a safe and Happy Holiday! I know one of the true gifts I have is this group. Somewhere to turn if not only for a helping hand I get to see that I'm not the only one going through the daily grind while trying to stay fit!

Now go enjoy your family!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am thankful that:.

We have come through another year despite obstacles in the way and have

emerged stronger

The Lord gifted me with five beautiful children who are all good, moral, kind

individuals who have much to share with the world

For a husband who keeps on going and NEVER complains

For the Lord's provision to meet all our needs in just the way we need. Not

necessarily the way we want.

That I know the Lord and he is an anchor for my soul and the joy of my life.

Good friends, family, the many things we take for granted each morning that

we wake up. Like just being ale to get up.

Meeting all of you and learning so much from you and being able to share.

You are all a blessing to me, and I am thankful that when we think over the last

year, considering the amount of people on this list, that we have not shared

so many sadnesses but have gotten to share many more joys.

Happy Thankgiving to you all many you be thankful every day of the year!!

> Recently went out of town to help a family with a funeral. I

thought I was so prepared food wise. Carefully ask about planned

meals, but much to my surprise, no food was as planned. You would

think after first meal being completely different, that I would have

been better prepared. But oh no, not so.

>

> My expectation was having the original meal, the next planned

meal, just swapped out. But it could not have been any worse

picks. My car was stuck behind a long line of cars. My blood sugar

was all out of whack from the evening misadventure.

> Of course I had visions of a week of torture from insane itching

and rashes, and the 24/7 rushing to the toilet. It has been 4 days

home, and so far itching/rashes and GI have been managed with same

routine as before the trip, with only mild disturbances. Had joint

aches too. That truly makes me believe healing has made big progress

in this old body of mine. So encouraged.

Wow Zuni! That's terrific!! Healing has made big progress with you

my dear.

Luv, Bee

I am thankful. A few people here tirelessly answer questions, support others,

give educated opinions based on their own experiences, leading the path for the

rest of us who are following at a later stage. The hours they spend supporting

us are a huge gift. My boy benefits. It doesn't cost me a dime. Yes, I am

thankful, I am grateful.
