Hi, D.,(Repeat of post to N Forum - skip if you saw it)

When you go to Vegas in March, be sure to make time for yourself in

between the business meetings and the showroom floor (if that applies). As you

walk down the strip, right around the Venietian Hotel, you will see the

Sephora Shop. My friend introduced it to me and if you want a makeover or just

a

little advice on the best SPF 15 moisturizer, be sure to stop! Ask for help

and say you want someone to SHOW you how to use the products. They have

makeup " artists " who are glad to show you anything you want from simple

(eyeshadow and lipstick) to complex (skin care regiments, etc). Also, inside

of the

Forum Shopps at Ceasars - there is a MAC store. It is another cool makeup

place where prices are reasonable despite the high style " artists " you see. If

skin care is your goal, Kiehls in the Forum Shopps is terrific, too. This

was a whole new world for me. Take a friend and you will have so much fun

doing the " girly things.! LOL When you need a break - stop in at the Stage

Deli

and have a potato kinish - to die for!! LOL Would you believe they were

all out of knishes the day we stopped?? Can you imagine Kentucky Fried

Chicken being out of Chicken? This is the same thing! Oh well! We

substituted a

delicious chocolate mousse pie! LOL Continued happy hearing!!

:o) Jackie

Hi- He's completely over his RSV, thank goodness. I talked with Jane at Shriners ( isnt there anymore---) today and the anesthesiologist today and it looks like its a "GO" for the 14th- It's been hard keeping the kids at home away from so many germs, but I want him in the cast ASAP. I'm keeping my fingers crossed they don't get sick before we leave on Monday. Thanks for checking! Claflin <noellesmommy@...> wrote: How is Evan doing? That's great that he is over his RSV. I always hate the week before casting because I am afraid to take Ian anywhere for fear he will get sick! Good luck next week and keep us posted.

Wow. I had no idea was leaving! Thanks for the heads up.

's hubby just sent me an e mail. He got another computer. She is doing well and is hopefully being discharged Wednesday. He said she is walking better now than before surgery. As long as she tolerates solid food she will be going home Wed. He also stated how great it was to meet and her husband. I will post more when I know. Melinda

I called 's hospital room a few minutes ago. She couldn't talk because she was about to start eating lunch (a good sign!). The person who answered (a woman) said she is doing better and the doctors were pleased with her progress. I will post again when I find out more.Melinda

Hi Melinda,

It is wonderful to hear how well is doing. I think that must have been

her sister you

talked with....she was flying in on Monday afternoon to help with LInda's care

for a while.

Thanks for the info.

My son is 17 and has no fillings of any kind in his teeth. When he went to the

dentist this week he said he had two tiny cavities that would need to be filled

within the next few months; nothing pressing. What type of fillings do we get if

not amalgams? What do I request?

Thanks,

D.
