Combat Side Effects of Concerta & Ritalin

Hi,

 

I recently started my son(21kg) on Concerta (smallest dose - 18mg) for his ADHD

symptoms. He ended up not eating for a whole day and felt nauseus throughout. At

night, he was hyperactive till past midnight. So under doctor's advice, we are

changing to Ritalin for him (half pill - 5mg). Currently we are not adding the

mid-day dose.

 

Does anyone has an experience to share with me? E.g. how to improve their

appetite and sleep? He's also having stomachache..

 

I hope to hear from other moms who have gone through this phase & willing to
