Someone once posted that it could also mean adrenal stress. Dana
Guest guest
My understanding is this can be due to a magnesium deficiency. Ideally, you should supplement magnesium with calcium and there are a few other things that may be needed to best absorb calcium (vitamin D comes to mind). Magnesium glycinate and calcium citrate are two of the better (more absorbable) chemical forms. Good luck with this. Guest guest
Hi Goran, I typically give take or give more supplements in response to symptoms that indicate a need for more. Given the current sensitivity to noise, I would try upping the magnesium and/or upping things that help you absorb magnesium (like calcium and the things that help you absorb calcium, like vitamin D). Good luck with this. Michele http://www.healthgazelle.com http://www.kidslikemine.com http://www.solanorail.com (I'm having trouble posting tonight. Guest guest
My son did this when his yeast was high. > > Hi Goran, > I typically give take or give more supplements in response to symptoms that indicate a need for more.
