My understanding is this can be due to a magnesium deficiency. Ideally, you

should supplement magnesium with calcium and there are a few other things that

may be needed to best absorb calcium (vitamin D comes to mind). Magnesium

glycinate and calcium citrate are two of the better (more absorbable) chemical

forms.

Good luck with this.

Hi Goran,

I typically give take or give more supplements in response to symptoms that

indicate a need for more. Given the current sensitivity to noise, I would try

upping the magnesium and/or upping things that help you absorb magnesium (like

calcium and the things that help you absorb calcium, like vitamin D).

Good luck with this.

My son did this when his yeast was high.
