Guest guest
Hi , Where did you test the adrenal and what was the name of the test? Thank you, Asem From: khieken <khieken@...> Subject: [ ] Re: phosphatidylserine vs phosphatidycholine Date: Saturday, August 28, 2010, 9:03 PM  Hi , I don't know specifically what the differences are between these. My daughter has lots of difficulty with sleep as well. I can tell you though, that my daughter has taken p-choline for about a year, just before bedtime. It calms her down a bit. We just recently had her adrenals tested, and her cortisol levels are very high at night, hence the sleep problem. We started p-serine about 1 week ago for this, as recommended by our doc and the lab and Jan, and it seems to be working like a charm. I am always hesitant to report these things for fear they will reverse, but so far sleep has been great. Might be worth trying this first. It is one of the more expensive supplements, on the down side. > > Hi > Can someone explain the difference between these two. I've read great things about choline, but our dan wants us to take serine. My sons neurotransmitters are high and has trouble sleeping. Any thoughts/suggestions would be great!! > Thanks > > > > > >
