I started with 250mg tyrosine, 100mcg iodine, and 100mcg selenium. > The tyrosine says to give on an empty stomach. That sometimes will not work do other things she is taking and the amount of time she is not home. I sometimes gave it on an empty stomach and sometimes with food. Either way worked fine here. Maybe I don't know what I am looking for or how to do research. I do understand trial and error. Guest guest
> What symptoms? For thyroid issues, the primary symptom that was diagnostic, was that my son did not properly convert carotenes. >>you talk a lot about research and trial and error. Maybe I don't know what I am looking for or how to do research. I do understand trial and error. Hours of googling and reading [especially alternative and natural sites, altho sometimes traditional sites gave me info also], asking questions on several public forums [like this one], things like that.
