I corrected my kids' thyroid issues with those supps. I started with 250mg

tyrosine, 100mcg iodine, and 100mcg selenium.

I sometimes gave it on an empty stomach and sometimes with food. Either way

worked fine here.

How did you determine those things with a hair test?

What symptoms? you talk a lot about research and trial and error. Maybe I don't

know what I am looking for or how to do research. I do understand trial and

error.

I didn't. I determined them by observation of symptoms, research, and trial and

error.

For thyroid issues, the primary symptom that was diagnostic, was that my son did

not properly convert carotenes.

Hours of googling and reading [especially alternative and natural sites, altho

sometimes traditional sites gave me info also], asking questions on several

public forums [like this one], things like that.
