Thanks everyone! I think I'll start with what seems obvious in our house and

that's yeast. Her latest yeast test was this summer and it came back clean for

the first time in 4 years. The giggling tipped me off. I ordered a yeast test

from Great plains just to confirm.

Would someone please elaborate on the liver support and the adrenal support?

We've been chelating a little over a year and that makes sense as well.

Regarding the mold/mildew issue, I'll look into that. Our house is about 6

years old and we've been here a little over a year. I believe our inspection

covered mold but there are in home tests I can do to check.

Also is there something I can do to check for parasites? And what type of

treatment would be recommended?

Thanks all!

did a protocol on my son (didn't see issues) and we did Humaworm, capsule

swallowed. Others will chime in too!

Milk thistle is commonly used for liver support. If she cannot tolerate it (and

I don't remember the reason some folks don't tolerate it -- it is high in

something, but I don't remember what), then google up info on glutathione

precursors. As I understand it, you can't supplement glutathione directly but

you can take stuff that promotes it in the body.

Some things that support the adrenals: A good quality sea salt, wild yam

extract, eating actual yams, lysine, a product from Mannatech called " Plus " .

Others might have other suggestions. Those are the ones I know and have used.

Good luck with this.

We use adrenal cortex (ACE) and p-serine for adrenal support. Definitely helps

with sleep.
