Guest guest
Hi, Despite my saying repeatedly that my children are not to get fluoride treatments, despite my reiterating this at every appointment, and despite it's being in their charts, I just got my EOB ( " explanation of benefits " ) statement from my insurer and it states: Fluoride treatment....(cost). Is this the explanation for my son's self-injurious behavior (SIB) since? Is this why his anxiety at school has been at an all-time high? All I can find about chelation and fluoride is that iodine helps the body to excrete it, and my son takes 225 mcg daily (he's 10, almost 140 lbs). Does anyone have any insights into this? Any suggestions? (Besides firing the dentist...) TIA,
