Guest guest
Hi , I think the holds are a lot easier to do at night, when they are asleep. I have had good results with my son that way, but only when I have enough energy to be awake too! Have you also tried when he is sleeping? I had a biodynamic therapist work on my son during his naps, when he was younger. That was very effective as well. I liked that style of therapy a lot, but I don't find it as prevelant as CST. I personally feel that parents can learn the holds themselves, believe in their intention, and do some of the healing work themselves. But it does take a lot of time, as you said. Its very gentle and definitely puts the patient and therapist in a very healing space. Heidi
