DOES NOT COOPERATE IN HAIR CUT

Hello,

My four year old whose hair test shows he has lead and arsenic toxicity, when

we try to cut his hair under the ears on his temple, he resists. He does not

cooperate and does not want us to touch under his ears on his temple. Is it due

to toxicity?
